History

In 1976, America’s Bicentennial, a group of young Chicago business professionals found that growing numbers of entrepreneurial and not-for-profit businesses needed time-proven management, marketing, fundraising, and income-generating techniques. But they couldn’t afford them.

RR&A was born as an on-the-ground consulting team committed to assisting young organizations with great and altruistic visions.

Our goal was, and continues to be, to create winning strategies for them, based on market knowledge and time-proven experience.

Today, RR&A’s clients form a network of businesses and institutions that together build and strengthen American free enterprise and the principles by which our country was founded.

We leave the cookie-cutters out of the institution building process, and apply the proven skills and principles of successful business to our clients’ needs.
