History

Dear Friend,

In 1976, as America was celebrating its Bicentennial year, a small group of Chicago professionals met to address a growing need among non-profit organizations and businesses. Namely, that in order to build the institutions that would propel our country forward in the next 200 years, we needed to give them proven marketing and financing techniques.

From these ideals and vision, Robert Russell & Associates (RR&A) was born as an on-the-ground consulting and services team committed to assisting the institutions that work to strengthen America and American values and principles. Our goal was, and continues to be, to create winning business strategies based on thorough market research.

Since those early days, the RR&A team has shown organizations and businesses—in the fields of public policy, health care, philanthropy, education and the arts—how to grow strategically and raise millions of dollars. Together we have experienced the great cycles of the American enterprise system, and we have learned that the market strength in our system has never failed principled American enterprises. Wars, political mistakes, prosperity, lean times – all will repeat themselves in the future. However, the tried and true formulas for conducting successful business will consistently propel most efforts forward.

Thus, RR&A's history is our commitment to excellence in our products and services. It is a history of experience, wisdom, energy, talent, and a dedication to strengthening the privilege of liberty, a legacy all Americans have inherited equally. We have purposely left the cookie-cutters out of the institution-building process, and instead have applied the proven skills and principles of America's best business successes to our clients' customized needs.
